This study examines the relationship of use of humor and employee creativity with moderating role of transformational leadership style among employees of software development houses of Pakistan. The results of this study indicate a positive relationship of Affiliative and Self-enhancing humor with employee creativity whereas, there is mixed effect of negative humor on employee creativity. It reveals that transformational leader can enhance positive effect of humor and creativity. It suggests that transformational leader should remain conscious while maintaining the level of humor at the workplace to ensure creative behavior.
