Abstract—
The ICT Price Basket is a unique metric that tracks and compares the cost and affordability of ICT services in more than 160 countries globally. It measures communication costs as a percentage of Gross National Income (GNI) per capita, and highlights the tremendous regional disparities in connectivity costs. In this paper, Thailand and ASEAN ICT Price Basket 2014 presented in ITU’s Measuring the Information Society Report 2014 are analyzed and discussed.
